We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Senior Accountant to support our East Europe operations in delivering accurate, compliant, and insightful financial reporting. This role is key to ensuring our financial systems and processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with local and regional teams – including the East Europe General Manager, North Europe Finance Manager, and Shared Services Centre – to deliver monthly reporting, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with local legislation.

 

We’re after someone with strong finance experience in Croatia, who’s comfortable navigating systems, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is keen to be part of a globally connected team that’s focused on making travel better for everyone. This role will be working across a range of countries covering East Europe, Greece and Balkan countries, spanning everything from commercial finance, monthly reporting, business partnering and month end process improvement for a global business.

 

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Zagreb, Croatia, with hybrid working – typically 3 days per week in the office, paying between €30-35,000 annually plus some fantastic benefits. Some occasional travel may also be required.

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • CA/CPA qualification or local equivalent, with 1–2 years post-qualification experience
  • Solid accounting and compliance experience in Croatia
  • Strong systems knowledge and confidence working with finance platforms
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Croatian finance regulations
  • Familiarity with Dynamic 365 and TM1
  • Experience working across multiple countries or in a global organisation
