We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

As our Sales Support & Product Coordinator, you’ll help keep things moving across our Sales and Product teams at Intrepid. You’ll support customer bookings/ enquiries and maintain accurate tour product data. You’ll also work with agent partners and help manage inventory across our booking channels.

There’s plenty of variety in this role. One day you might be helping with a booking change or cancellation policy question, and the next you could be updating product availability, supporting an operational query or coordinating with suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll exercise your people skills as you'll work across sales, product and operations teams to help give our customers and partners a great experience. What's more, you’ll be joining a purpose-led, B Corp Certified global travel operator.

This is a role for someone comfortable balancing customer-facing responsibilities with operational and administrative tasks. If you’re organised, proactive and love travel, this could be a great fit!

This is a full-time permanent and hybrid position based in our head office in Hanoi, Vietnam. Some flexibility in work hours would be expected due to the global nature of the role.

A bit about you:

  • Minimum 1+ years’ experience working in a sales, travel operations or product administration role.
  • Having a travel course and/or experience within the travel industry is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with product specifications, pricing, and policies.
  • Ability to learn and navigate travel booking systems, inventory platforms, or data management tools. Experience using Google Sheets or Excel is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese (written and verbal).
  • Strong capacity to handle multiple tasks and solve operational issues.
