We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

Every memorable trip starts with understanding what a traveller is looking for. As our English-speaking Sales Consultant in Vietnam, you’ll turn ideas into incredible journeys that match each traveller's needs, budget and timeframe.

You’ll research and recommend accommodation, flights, activities and local experiences, creating customised itineraries and quotes for groups and independent travellers.
From responding to enquiries to coordinating booking details, invoices and payment follow-ups, you’ll help keep each journey on track from the first conversation through to departure.

Working closely with travel agents, and our Sales, Contracting, Product, Reservations, Operations and Finance teams, you’ll ensure everyone has the accurate information they need. You’ll also build strong client relationships, respond to urgent travel concerns, and keep clients updated along the way.

If you’re passionate about creating memorable journeys for our customers, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work on-site at our office in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the tourism industry in Vietnam.
  • Experience preparing quotes for groups and FITs using Excel and sales/travel systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam, including regional and local destinations.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in adventure travel product development.
