We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

Our Operations teams are the people behind the scenes who help turn itineraries into memorable travel experiences. We’re looking for a French-speaking Operations Executive to support our trips in Vietnam!

In this role, you’ll help keep the day-to-day details of our trips on track; preparing operational documents, keeping records up to date, coordinating with suppliers and supporting invoice and budget tracking. A key part of your role will include providing ongoing support to our Leaders and Guides before, during and after trips, helping them stay prepared and informed. When plans change or something unexpected comes up, you’ll help find practical solutions and provide emergency support when needed to our French-speaking travellers and teams.

If you enjoy working with people and want to help create great experiences for travellers, we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work on-site at our office in Hanoi, Vietnam.

  • Great organisational skills with experience coordinating administrative/ operational activities.
