We’re excited to expand and open a local office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – and you can be a part of this fantastic core team!

As our Contracting & Reservations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering amazing trips - responsible for pricing, curating a portfolio of suppliers and experiences, and managing all bookings across Central Asia.

You'll secure the best deals, negotiate competitive rates, and build trusted relationships with our local suppliers. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to gather trip insights and ensure accurate supplier information for itinerary creation. Managing contracts and supplier records will be a pivotal part of your role, keeping everything up-to-date and aligned with our standards. Reporting to the Country Director (General Manager), you'll also work closely with our Global Contracting team to implement procurement and pricing practices within our Uzbekistan Country Office.

In addition, you'll oversee the Reservations process - ensuring all services including accommodation, transport, and activities are booked efficiently for our trips across Central Asia. You’ll continually enhance our reservation processes, providing our suppliers and Tour Leaders with the right information at the right time. 

This is a full-time permanent position based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, requiring some flexibility in work hours due to the operational nature of the role.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Proven experience in managing tourism-supplier relationships, including cost negotiation, contracting, procurement and trip pricing within the travel industry 
  • Outstanding commercial, pricing, analytical, supplier management and negotiation skills 
  • Proficient in Central Asia trip operations, with extensive knowledge of local products, suppliers, and destinations. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Passionate about implementing and improving processes. 
  • Proficiency with travel-related systems and MS Office applications.
