We’re excited to expand and open a local office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan – and you can be a part of this fantastic team! 

As our Contracting & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll help the Contracting & Reservations Manager with booking all accommodation, transportation and activities required for our trips across Central Asia. You'll help secure the best deals, negotiate competitive rates, and maintain trusted relationships with our local suppliers in the region. You’ll also upload supplier contracts and reservation information into the system, making sure that Tour Leaders and suppliers have access to the correct details at all times. Above all, you will work towards delivering the best value and experience for our customers travelling across Central Asia!

This is a full-time permanent position based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, requiring some flexibility in work hours due to the operational nature of the role.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Reservations or Operations role within the travel & tourism industry. 
  • Familiar with Reservations and Ticketing. 
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail 
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with travel-related systems and MS Office applications.
