Senior Operations Coordinator
To ensure our customers have an incredible experience you will support our Deputy Operations Manager on the ground with trip operations. You will be responsble for handling the behind-the-scenes details such a trip preparation, administration, equipment and stock organization (including our Llama's and their gear!) and more. When required, you'll also step up and provide operational support when needed in the absence of the Deputy Operations Manager.
This is a seasonal position that operates in person in Bozeman, Montana. This is a casual position which pays $24-26/hr USD depending on experience. The season runs from May through the end of September.

You will have a passion for travel and bring:

Experience in the travel industry, preferable as a leader or guide

Strong organization and communication skills with excellent verbal and written English

The ability to learn new systems, navigate Google Drive apps, Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn, llama pack stock care
What you need to know:

This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift

Physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements and maintain current WFR/CPR
-
Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks

Must pass a background check and be at least 21 years of age

A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary
