Senior Corporate Communications Manager, USA
This is an exciting chapter in Intrepid’s journey, and telling our story has never been more important. As Senior Corporate Communications Manager, North America, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the Global Corporate Brand strategy to life across one of Intrepid’s fastest-growing regions. Working closely with regional and global PR and Communications teams, you’ll help build awareness, strengthen our reputation, and amplify Intrepid’s voice.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role, encompassing everything from shaping corporate growth narratives into executive platforms to supporting senior leadership visits to the region. You will drive Intrepid’s corporate voice to the industry, including research and insights, executive thought leadership, regional growth narratives and purpose storytelling, high impact press engagement programs, and crisis communication.

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Seattle, USA.
The salary range for this role is USD $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. In addition to competitive pay, we offer great benefits and some amazing perks because we believe in supporting our people both at work and beyond.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

7+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or airline industry.

Proven track record managing media relations and developing narratives that resonate across global audiences.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with an eye for emotional resonance and cultural nuance.

Experience managing communications through change, crisis, or transformation.

Deep understanding of digital and social media platforms, including organic and paid tactics.

Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.

Experience in people management or mentorship.

Proven ability to advise and collaborate effectively with senior executives
