The Operations Coordinator supports the company’s mission by managing daily operations under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM). This role focuses on warehouse and facility management, including organizing gear, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that equipment and vehicles meet company standards. The Operations Coordinator also manages the cleanliness of the warehouse, handles food inventory, and supports new-hire training as needed. 

 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for restocking first-aid kits, repairing gear, and maintaining logs of gear and vehicle statuses. They oversee facility maintenance, including laundry and general upkeep, and assist with bulk food purchases and deliveries. Additionally, they manage a company credit card and submit receipts while taking on additional tasks as directed by the DOM. 

 

This job is onsite in Flagstaff, AZ, and is a full-time, permanent role. A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays is necessary. The salary range for this position is $18.00–$22.00 USD per hour, depending on experience, with excellent perks and benefits.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Strong written, and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficiency with Google Drive apps and Microsoft Office is preferred 

  • This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks. 

  • At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements 

  • Must pass a background check
