Marketing Specialist
United States
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing the Intrepid brand across the USA. As part of our collaborative and dynamic USA Marketing team, this role will suit someone who is curious, motivated and has a strong track record of delivering results.
As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll help execute our marketing strategy across the USA through the development, organization and implementation of campaigns that align with Intrepid’s brand and deliver results. The role has a strong focus on leading tactical and brand campaigns end-to-end, as well as identifying partnership opportunities to reach new Intrepid audiences through well-aligned brands, tourism boards, media platforms, corporate partners and more.
From conception to execution, the role will initiate conversations, manage relationships, create marketing briefs, review proposals and marketing assets, deliver content within timelines, coordinate events, track post-campaign performance and manage marketing administration. The role also includes people management of one direct report.
This role will be in the USA consumer marketing team, and will communicate regularly with the leadership team. Collaboration is key to success, and this role works closely with PR, industry, product, creative studio, legal, commercial and other teams across global and regional functions. The role will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of growing brand awareness, increasing database acquisition, driving enquiries, and ultimately contributing to sales and conversion growth.
Intrepid has recently launched a travel collaboration with REI Co-op, and this role will be a key team member in delivering this partnership. This includes coordinating marketing activity with operations, legal, customer service, and executive stakeholders on both sides to deliver shared goals.
