Marketing Manager, USA
United States
We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to help shape the future of Intrepid’s marketing in the United States. As the Marketing Manager, USA, you’ll inspire both customers and teams through strong strategy, sharp insights into the local market, and a passion for travel.
This role will lead and drive the execution of Intrepid’s marketing strategy in the US, maximizing brand awareness and consideration, driving sales, leads and growth, and growing our community of US travelers. As our local operations continue to grow rapidly across the US, the role will bring a strong understanding of B2C and/or B2B2C marketing, with highly valued travel experience.
You will develop innovative marketing solutions to grow US sales and our customer base, leading go-to-market strategy, multi-channel campaigns, budget management, direct sales, brand activations and partnerships. The role is highly collaborative and will work closely with the EMEA, APAC and global teams to bring global strategies to life in the US market.
As part of a diverse and talented marketing team, you will oversee multimillion-dollar budgets and represent the US across global marketing initiatives. You will connect company-wide objectives with local market opportunities, delivering measurable results against KPIs, revenue targets, and passenger growth goals.
The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data, insights, and analysis to inform decisions and turn opportunities into action. You will bring strong storytelling and communication skills, building meaningful connections with customers and partners while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team and the continued growth of the Intrepid brand in the US.
