As the Destination Product Specialist at Wildland Trekking, you will play a key role in designing and refining our guided hiking experiences in the US and abroad. Working cross-functionally with Operations, Reservations, Finance, and Sales, you’ll ensure each trip is thoughtfully crafted from start to finish to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, drive strong sales performance, and uphold the high standards of the Wildland brand. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will help shape unforgettable adventures for our guests. 

This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our Denver, Colorado office, working on a hybrid schedule. 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in trip design, quotes and operations, preferably relating to small group adventures or similar. 

  • Experience working with destination management companies and third-party suppliers, including cost negotiation. 

  • Experience in travel-related systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of tourism/travel global sales trends  

  • Exposure to the travel industry with an understanding of Wildland and Intrepid’s style of operations and roles
