We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

At Wildland, we believe the journey starts the moment someone reaches out. Our Adventure Consultants are at the heart of that connection, supporting travellers and agent partners every step of the way, from the first enquiry to departure day. Your primary purpose in this role is to deliver the best possible customer service for our guests while maximizing sales and ensuring every traveller finds the trip that’s right for them.

This is a fast-paced role where you’ll move seamlessly between phone calls, emails, and live chats, becoming an expert across the Wildland product range. You’ll collaborate with team members across multiple time zones, which means flexible working hours are a must. Occasional travel within the US for training or meetings may be required, along with weekend, evening, or holiday shifts.

If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable journeys, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are ready to inspire travellers every day, this is the role for you.

This is a Full-Time Permanent position with a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. It will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Denver, Colorado. The starting salary for this role is $24 USD per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package and a variety of great perks.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Similar experience in a travel industry role, sales, or customer service

  • Experience with telephone queues, email and live chat-based customer service

  • Personal travel experience to Intrepid and Wildland destinations

  • Exceptional communication, customer service & sales skills

  • Experience working with travel booking systems as well as using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce

  • A love for our national parks and outdoor recreation in general
