As a senior member of the Global People team, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of global HR projects, mentoring other People Partners and helping embed consistent, high-quality people practices across the business.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
7+ years’ experience in human resources, ideally in a multi-country environment
-
Strong working knowledge of employment law, labour markets and wage regulations across jurisdictions
-
Experience implementing people strategy and core HR processes at scale
-

-
Experience leading or mentoring HR / People Partners
-
Strong working knowledge of contemporary HR practices and methodologies
-
