The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We're on the lookout for a strategic, connected and curious marketer to join our UK & Europe team as Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships. Based in our vibrant Brixton office 2-3 days per week with hybrid flexibility, this full-time permanent role will lead the development and delivery of our marketing partnership strategy across the region. 


Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in identifying and activating new brand partnerships that expand our reach and drive growth - whether it’s collaborating with tourism boards, working with aligned brands, or leading major 360° campaigns. You’ll also work closely with our Commercial Partnerships team to support B2B2C and trade marketing opportunities, and manage our Marketing Events strategy.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on building and delivering successful partnerships 
  • A track record of managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, events, PR and social 
  • Confident stakeholder management, both internally and with external partners like tourism boards and aligned consumer brands 
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and maximise partnership value 
  • Experience leading and developing a small team 
  • Knowledge of the UK and/or European travel or tourism landscape is a bonus
