We are Intrepid

We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

If you love shaping stories that matter – and you want to do it for a brand that genuinely makes an impact – this could be your next big move. Intrepid is expanding rapidly across EMEA, and this role sits at the centre of how we communicate who we are, what we stand for, and the difference we make as a B Corp in travel.

You’ll lead corporate communications for the region, partnering with PR and Communications teams across EMEA and globally. The work is varied and fast-paced: crafting impactful speeches, op-eds and presentations, managing our presence at key events, driving business and trade PR, strengthening corporate partnerships, and guiding incident responses. You will also support and advise our leadership on internal messaging and communications. No two weeks are the same, and everything you do will have a tangible impact on the business and its reputation.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in London, working hybrid from our Brixton office, with a salary of £55,000–£60,000 depending on experience. You’ll also benefit from a flexible hybrid working environment, the chance to work and travel overseas, a fantastic office culture, and paid volunteering hours.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 7+ years’ experience in corporate communications or PR, ideally within travel or a related sector such as sustainability/ESG

  • Outstanding writing and editorial judgement across speeches, op-eds and social content

  • Experience managing communications through change, crisis or transformation

  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, B Corp or impact communications, with an interest in purpose-led storytelling

  • Strong media relations experience with a track record of delivering results

  • Confident working across digital and social platforms

  • Strong project management skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams

If you want a role with real influence and the chance to shape how Intrepid shows up across EMEA, we’d love to hear from you!
