We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team, driving revenue while building a supportive, collaborative and values-led sales culture.

This role is responsible for leading, motivating and developing the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. A key focus is coaching, performance management and learning and development - ensuring the team has the skills, confidence and product knowledge to deliver outstanding sales and customer experiences.

You’ll develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans and campaigns, while ensuring resourcing is aligned to demand so enquiry volumes and SLAs are met and exceeded. You’ll also work closely with teams across the business and regions, contributing to global sales initiatives and ensuring local execution aligns with broader commercial priorities.

As a senior leader within the sales function, you’ll lead by example, build strong relationships with key partners, stay close to market trends, and represent Intrepid at industry events as required.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our vibrant Brixton, London office, working on a hybrid pattern of 2 days per week onsite.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Proven success in sales management, ideally within the travel industry

  • Strong leadership and people management experience, with a focus on coaching and team development

  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategy and execution

  • Experience planning resourcing to meet demand, performance targets and SLAs

  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Passion for travel and a strong understanding of Intrepid’s products and destinations

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, analytical and results-focused mindset

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills
