Head of Regional Experiences
Intrepid is on the lookout for a bold, innovative, and commercially driven leader to join ou team as Head of Regional Experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a global-facing, high-impact role that sits at the centre of our 2030 Strategy and mission to change the way people see the world. This opportunity can be based in our office in London, or Toronto, and will be on a hybrid basis.
As Head of Regional Experiences, you’ll be responsible for leading the direction and commercial success of Intrepid’s regional products including but not limited to the Brand’s Explorer category. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the regional product offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs, emerging global trends, and our strategic priorities.
This role calls for a creative and commercially savvy thinker who can identify new opportunities and drive innovation across our regional product portfolio. You’ll lead a talented team of Regional Product Category Managers and guide them in delivering exceptional travel experiences that balance profit, purpose, and customer delight. Your leadership will help Intrepid expand its reach, grow its impact and destinations, and continue delivering experiences that our customers love. You’ll report directly to the General Manager Experiences and work in close partnership with our Country teams, as well as our Marketing, PR and Brand functions.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Proven experience leading and managing a multi-region travel product portfolio, with a strong focus on commercial performance, customer experience, and strategic growth.

A track record of designing and executing successful product development strategies informed by customer and market insights, including identifying and launching new product categories.

Deep expertise in trip design, operations, and pricing ideally within small group or experiential travel with the ability to scale and optimise across diverse regions.

Solid experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and third-party suppliers, with advanced cost negotiation skills and a partnership-focused approach to supplier relationships.

A strong understanding of global tourism trends and travel sales channels, with the ability to translate these insights into innovative, customer-aligned product strategies.

Exceptional cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading and influencing geographically dispersed teams across time zones.
