We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

Join a finance team where your analysis won't just sit in a report - it'll help influence decisions across the business.

We're looking for a Finance Analyst, UK & Ireland to join our team in Brixton, London on a full-time, permanent basis.

We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the financial performance of Intrepid's UK & Ireland business. Working closely with our Senior Finance Manager, you'll turn financial data into meaningful insight, helping teams across the business make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

You'll work across a broad mix of activities, supporting everything from our sales and marketing functions to operational and destination management teams. Along the way, you'll collaborate with colleagues across finance, shared service centres and the wider business to deliver timely reporting, forecasting and financial analysis that drives commercial outcomes.

This role would suit someone with a solid grounding in finance analysis who enjoys getting into the detail while also understanding the bigger picture. You'll be motivated by solving problems, improving processes and partnering with stakeholders to turn numbers into action.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • 2-5 years' experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A or Commercial Finance role

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline

  • Strong experience preparing financial reports, forecasts and analysis to support business decision-making

  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, pivot tables and lookups

  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, TM1 or similar platforms

  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders, ideally within an international or matrix organisation

  • Part-qualified or recently qualified CA, CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent), with exposure to sales, marketing or operational finance environments being advantageous

Pay Transparency

We’re committed to fair and transparent pay practices across our hiring process. We won’t ask about your current or past salary, and we base compensation on role requirements, skills, experience and relevant market benchmarks.
