We are Intrepid

We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

We’re looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager (EMEA) to join our team in Brixton, London on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to take real ownership of paid media across the EMEA region, driving performance that genuinely moves the needle. You’ll partner closely with our Global Head of Paid Media, agency teams and regional marketing team to shape strategy, deliver high-quality traffic and enquiries, and continuously optimise campaigns across channels including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic and CTV.

You’ll be right in the middle of it all - turning business goals into clear, actionable briefs, ensuring campaigns land well, and using data and insights to keep performance improving. There’s plenty of scope to test new ideas, explore emerging channels, and influence how we evolve our paid media approach globally.

We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.

This role would suit someone who brings strong paid media experience and enjoys balancing hands-on delivery with strategic thinking. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets, working closely with agency partners, and using data to guide decisions. If you enjoy a collaborative, fast-paced environment and want to see the direct impact of your work, you’ll feel right at home here.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • Strong experience in digital paid media (5+ years), across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and Reddit

  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across SEM, Paid Social and Programmatic

  • Proven ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements

  • Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI

  • Confidence using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker Studio, PowerBI or similar

  • Experience working with and managing media agencies and external partners

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Transparency

We’re committed to fair and transparent pay practices across our hiring process. We won’t ask about your current or past salary, and we base compensation on role requirements, skills, experience and relevant market benchmarks.

The approved salary range for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 GBP per annum.
