Digital Paid Media Manager, EMEA
We’re looking for a Digital Paid Media Manager, EMEA to help drive profitable growth and measurable impact across the region. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, based in our Brixton, London office 2–3 days per week.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on Intrepid’s paid digital media across EMEA, owning performance across channels including SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic (Display, Video, Digital OOH), and CTV/BVOD. With a strong focus on conversion and ROI, you’ll manage campaigns end to end – from strategy and briefing through to optimisation, reporting, and insights.
Partnering closely with the Global Head of Paid Digital Media and our media agency, you’ll help evolve our paid media strategy, test new channels and formats, and continuously improve efficiency and performance. You’ll translate business objectives into clear briefs for agency and creative partners, while collaborating with global digital teams to optimise our paid media tech stack and ways of working.
This role suits someone who is both data-led and creatively curious – comfortable diving into performance metrics, but equally confident challenging ideas, testing new approaches, and spotting opportunities to improve results. You’ll also bring experience managing agency relationships, supporting junior team members, and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

5+ years’ experience in digital paid media, with a strong performance mindset

Hands-on experience across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and DSPs

Strong analytics capability, using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar

Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI

Confidence running multiple campaigns simultaneously and pivoting based on business needs
-
Experience working with or within media agencies

Strong project management skills (e.g. Asana or similar tools)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A genuine interest in digital media, performance marketing, and emerging trends
