The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for a Transfer Agent to join our team in Marrakech, Morocco, on a permanent, full‑time, onsite basis and help keep our transfers moving smoothly. 

 

Reporting to the Reservations Manager and Reservations Supervisor, you’ll play a hands‑on role in coordinating transfers day to day. From liaising with local operators to managing bookings and cancellations, you’ll work closely with Operations, Product and Sales teams to support both scheduled trips and private group transfers. 

 

This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys variety, and stays calm when there are a few moving pieces at once. If you like collaborating across teams and taking pride in the details that make trips run well, you’ll feel right at home. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Travel experience in Morocco and a passion for travel 

  • Strong organisational and customer service skills with great attention to detail 

  • Experience with analysis and report creation 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel 

  • The ability to communicate clearly in English and French 

  • A good understanding of Intrepid’s style of travel and Responsible Travel philosophy 

  • Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks at once 

  • A friendly, reliable and team‑oriented approach, with a positive attitude
