The world needs more Intrepid people: 

We’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to support our financial team in Thailand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recording and reconciling financial transactions, leader accounts, and payroll processes with precision. You'll handle bank reconciliations, accounts payables and other financial tasks as required. You’ll also be the go-to person for troubleshooting discrepancies or when supporting our trip leaders with their accounts. Most importantly, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in keeping our finance function in top shape!

This full-time permanent position will be based in our office in Bangkok, Thailand.   

 

Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, cash flow management, bank journals, and payroll. 

  • 1+ years' experience in a finance/ accounting role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry 

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and hands-on experience in accounting software (preferably Microsoft D365). 

  • Strong English communication and organizational skills
