Senior Destination Sales & Product Executive, Türkiye
We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday.
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and delivering unforgettable travel experiences across Türkiye. Working closely with suppliers, destination teams, and colleagues across the wider business, you'll help bring new products and itineraries to life while ensuring our existing trips are accurate, commercially successful, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. A strong understanding of Türkiye's diverse regions, tourism landscape, cultural highlights, and travel dynamics will be essential, helping you create authentic experiences that reflect the unique character of each destination.
From itinerary building and pricing to product development and partner relationships, you'll be involved in the full journey of creating and maintaining our travel products. You'll also support the growth of our product range by identifying new opportunities, developing unique experiences, and ensuring our trip information remains up to date and aligned with what we promise our travellers.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and has a genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and take pride in delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
-
Strong and comprehensive knowledge of Türkiye, including the tourism dynamics, customer appeal, and operational considerations of its different regions
-
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders
-
Previous experience within product development, sales, operations, or travel product management
-
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
-
Experience developing, pricing, reviewing, or coordinating travel itineraries and tourism products
-
A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different teams and cultures
