We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Istanbul on a permanent, full-time basis. 

 

We work in a 3–2–1 hybrid model, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, including at least 1 office day on a Monday or Friday. 

 

In this role, you’ll lead the financial, systems and management accounting function for Intrepid in Türkiye, while also contributing to the wider direction of the business as part of the local leadership team. You’ll oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensure accurate reporting and compliance, and partner closely with stakeholders to support planning, performance and decision-making. 

 

This role would suit someone with strong technical accounting expertise and proven experience working within Türkiye. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can take ownership, lead a team and influence how the business performs. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

 

  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification with 3–5 years post-qualification experience 

  • Strong experience across financial and management accounting 

  • Practical experience working within Türkiye, ideally in a foreign-invested business 

  • Confident using accounting systems and advanced Excel skills 

  • Experience leading or mentoring finance team members 

  • Strong understanding of local financial regulations, reporting and compliance 

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal), with additional languages a plus
