As our Finance Manager for Intrepid Türkiye, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our operations, working with a dynamic team in an ever-evolving environment. This role is based in our vibrant İstanbul office, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and home working each week. 

 

What you’ll bring to the role: 

  • Degree-level qualifications or higher 

  • CA/CPA or equivalent with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (or local equivalent) 

  • Strong experience with complex accounting systems and finance management 

  • Experience with Turkish GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements from the Ministry of Finance and MASAK, particularly in foreign-invested business environments. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
