As our Finance Manager for Intrepid Türkiye, you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial future of our operations, working with a dynamic team in an ever-evolving environment. This role is based in our vibrant İstanbul office, offering a hybrid work arrangement with a mix of office and home working each week.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Degree-level qualifications or higher

CA/CPA or equivalent with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (or local equivalent)

Strong experience with complex accounting systems and finance management

Experience with Turkish GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements from the Ministry of Finance and MASAK, particularly in foreign-invested business environments.

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
