We are Intrepid

The world needs more Intrepid people:

We’re looking for a Destination Product Manager to join our DMC team in Türkiye – someone ready to dive into the heart of small group adventures and help create sustainable, experience-rich trips that our customers will remember for a lifetime. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of itineraries, sourcing of suppliers, and planning of trips that balance customer expectations with commercial goals. You’ll work closely with local partners, negotiate costs, and ensure our adventures meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in Turkiye, while shaping experiences that inspire our customers to see the country – and the world – differently.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • In-depth knowledge of regional trip operations, preferably for small group adventures

  • 5+ years’ experience in the tourism industry, in product, sales, commercial, or operational roles

  • Proven experience creating commercially viable itineraries, including pricing, accommodation, transportation, activities, and meal components

  • Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers, including cost negotiation

  • Familiarity with travel systems (e.g., Kaptio, Travel Studio, Elements) and Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Strong understanding of global travel trends and customer expectations

  • Experience in strategic planning and implementing successful product initiatives

Some of the personal qualities you’ll bring:

  • Proactive approach with the ability to work across teams and influence outcomes

  • Strong commercial acumen, translating into clear sales and profitability results

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and adapt your style to different stakeholders

  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to deliver to deadlines

  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

If you love travel, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to help create extraordinary experiences, we want to hear from you.
