As the Team Lead of the Product Services team, you will be responsible for managing people, capacity and processes, ensuring smooth team operations. You will motivate, train and assess team members to maximize their potential. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in updating the management on various metrics. As a primary contact person for all team members, you will be instrumental in communicating policies and concerns, while providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.  

  

This is a full-time position based out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days.     

  

Some of the essential experience you’ll have include: 
 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration/ customer service functions, including minimum 2+ years’ experience in a senior team leader or similar role.  

  • Excellent English communication skills 

  • Prior experience in project management and reporting 

  • Proficiency in multiple systems and programs (eg. Excel) 

  • Degree in Management/ Business Administration 

  • Good critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills 

  • Travel industry experience preferred
