Team Lead - Finance

Looking to take the next step in your finance career where you can lead, improve and make a real impact? As a Team Lead Finance, you’ll play a key role in our Finance team!
You’ll lead our Accounts Payable & Receivable functions, while supporting core accounting activities and working closely with global stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll ensure a high standard of service, while overseeing month-end processes, reconciliations, and the timely delivery of financial information to support effective decision-making and statutory reporting.
Just as importantly, you’ll coach and develop a team, driving their performance, improving processes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency throughout our financial operations.
This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:
- Graduate in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Around 5+ years of experience in a Finance role, with previous experience in a people manager role being an added advantage.
- Highly competent with process and systems.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
You'll also be self-motivated, detail-oriented and accountable with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and supporting those around you!
