As our Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for our customers embarking on incredible journeys across Sri Lanka! 

Your role is all about understanding travellers' needs and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll manage trip planning, reporting, sales consultation and booking processes to create outstanding experiences.

From crafting tailored itineraries and converting sales enquiries into confirmed bookings to growing our customer base, you’ll play a key role in making adventures happen! You’ll build trust with our customers, respond quickly, and provide expert recommendations. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from the initial quote to the final booking.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Previous experience working with a Destination management company 
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Previous experience with tour costings 
  • Proven ability to design trips (preferably small group trips or similar) 
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with using systems 
  • Good knowledge of offbeat destinations including trekking, wildlife and adventure across Sri Lanka.
