As a Reservations Manager, you’ll guide a passionate team within our Intrepid Colombo DMC and ensure every booking reflects the Intrepid way of travel. You’ll lead and support the Reservations team to deliver fast, accurate bookings and confirmations, while maintaining quick turn-around times. You’ll manage a wide range of reservations using our booking systems, coordinating with suppliers across accommodation, transportation, and activities for both group series and FIT trips. 

You’ll also look for ways to continually improve our processes, offer practical alternatives when travel plans or costs change, and provide strong support to customers, suppliers, and Tour leaders.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • 3 years’ experience in the travel industry/ destination management companies, ideally in a Reservations capacity 
  • Previous supervisory or team leading experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka as a travel destination 
  • Confidence working with reservations systems 
  • Great communication skills 
  • A genuine passion for travel and amazing organizational skills
