As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll join our Global Technology team, focusing on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our API platform. You’ll design and execute automated API tests, identify and resolve defects, and proactively prevent issues to maintain high-quality integrations and seamless data flow across our digital ecosystem.

With an automation-first mindset, you’ll continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to test while maintaining automated test scripts. You’ll also play a pivotal role in release readiness, providing clear testing insights to support decision-making.

If you enjoy collaborating across teams, staying up to date with new tools, and taking ownership of quality from end to end, you’ll make a real impact here!

This is a full-time, permanent position, where you will work in a hybrid capacity in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.  

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in test automation within a software development environment 
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright or TestNG) 
  • Proficiency with performance testing tools (such as JMeter or K6) 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and test management platforms (Jira or TestRail) 
  • Prior knowledge in API would be advantageous. 
  • You’ll also be a confident communicator, comfortable with sharing your perspective and using sound judgement to help drive the best outcomes across time-zones!
