As our Product & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll manage bookings for accommodation, transport, and activities, ensuring every detail is logged accurately and within budget. Whether it’s confirming a reservation or processing a logistics issue, you’ll play a pivotal role in making it happen.

You'll also support our New Zealand Reservations team, delivering accurate feedback and improving processes where needed. Your commitment to excellence will help us keep our travellers—and our suppliers—happy!

This is a full-time permanent position, operating in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably with hotel reservations, inbound tour operations and destination management.

Experience with handling operations or reservations for inbound tours

Proficiency in booking systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Strong knowledge of local and regional travel destinations.

Experience with ticketing and reservations processes.

Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism would be advantageous
