Operations Coordinator
All our trips are created and run by our in-house operations functions. To make the magic happen, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us turn great ideas into unforgettable experiences!
In this role, you’ll assist our Operations Managers with Tour Guide bookings and admin, offering trip support across the region. You’ll work with procurement, finance processing and reporting. You’ll handle varied tasks such as documentation and logistics, ensuring the accuracy of data recorded. You’ll also collaborate with our Reservations and Operations teams to deliver operational success of our trips!
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Colombo, Sri Lanka office. To provide the best experience for our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.
Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in travel operations with a destination management company.
- Experience with Tour ground-handling and reservations processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent systems literacy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
