The world needs more Intrepid people: 


As a Junior Product & Reservations Coordinator, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure every detail of our trips is accurate, from booking suppliers to managing rooming lists and actioning tickets—all while delivering exceptional service!  

You’ll assist in confirming bookings and processing logistics for our trips. You’ll keep our reservations system up to date with all trip information including tour costs, departure details and more. You’ll also work collaboratively with our New Zealand Reservations team to resolve discrepancies, assist with invoices, and ensure our trips meet budget forecasts. 


This is a full-time permanent position, operating in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. 


Some of the experience you’ll bring may include: 
 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, preferably with hotel reservations, inbound tour operations and destination management. 

  • Experience with handling operations or reservations for inbound tours 

  • Familiar with booking systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. 

  • Good knowledge of local and regional travel destinations. 

  • Experience with ticketing and reservations processes. 

  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
