The world needs more Intrepid people: 

As an Iteration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-performing, Agile-driven teams that deliver real impact! You will facilitate ceremonies and design artefacts, training, and events to increase project organisation and direction. This includes planning, refinement, retros, hackathons and Quarterly Planning cycle preparations. 


In this role, you will coach the squads to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency. You will enable collaboration between teams by fostering clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency. While the role has many technical components, it also relies on your ability to maintain positive relationships and adapt your communication style for specific audiences, ultimately driving effective program outcomes.    


This full-time permanent position operates in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.   


Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: 

  • Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies in a previous Scrum Master role. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills coupled with identifying, removing and escalating workflow obstacles.  

  • A strategic mindset able to contribute to the continued improvement of our agile practices, enhancing Intrepid’s Agile maturity.  

  • Strong organisation and communication skills, removing barriers to knowledge sharing and improving transparency within and across teams 

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
