The Digital Product Manager (Search & Discover) leads the strategy and delivery of discovery experiences that help customers find the right trip for them across our website. You’ll bring strong experience in product management across discovery, planning and delivery, grounded in customer research and data‑driven decision‑making. You'll deeply understand customer behaviour, use insights and take ownership of improving how customers search, browse and connect with trips that truly resonate with them. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Analytics and key stakeholders, you’ll drive alignment, clarity and momentum toward shared goals. You’ll be part of a team of Product Managers, coordinating across the full digital customer journey. 

You’ll achieve success in this role by creating easier pathways to find the right trip, create confidence, and inspire customers, ultimately driving impact in bookings!

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka (hybrid).

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you will include:  

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager role ideally in an e-commerce environment. 
  • Ability to shape product direction, set and own KPIs, and deliver measurable improvements. 
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience gathering customer insights and using data to inform clear, actionable product requirements. 
  • Demonstrated experience in roadmap development and alignment - balancing customer needs, technical realities and broader website objectives. 
  • Excellence in product execution: including backlog management, writing high‑quality requirements, and delivering features end‑to‑end with rigour and quality. 
  • Excellent communication skills; able to present product rationale (across teams and levels), creating alignment and shared understanding. 
  • Experience with Search technology, A/B testing and website optimisation practices is highly regarded.
