As an Assistant Manager – Revenue Management, you’ll maximise revenue by managing capacity, optimising pricing, and analysing commercial data to identify new revenue opportunities. You’ll collaborate with the Group Revenue Management team in Melbourne to ensure our pricing and capacity strategies align with market trends and business goals. 

 

Beyond the numbers, this role is about insight, collaboration, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for maintaining process documentation, mentoring your team, and ensuring deadlines are met. With your analytical skills, you’ll also conduct impactful trend and ROI analyses while monitoring competitor activity.  

 

This is a full-time permanent position, where you will work in our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate in our office with the opportunity to work from home on occasion.    

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial reporting or revenue management capacity 

  • Graduate in Finance / Accounting or equivalent professional qualification 

  • Expertise in SQL, MIS or Power BI would be an added advantage.  

  • High proficiency in Excel 

  • Amazing analytical and problem-solving skills
