Senior Contracting Executive
At Intrepid, we know the small details make up the grand final product. Which is why we are looking for a Senior Contracting Executive to give our customers the best value for their money.
In this role, you’ll be part of our destination expert team within the China DMC. You’ll work closely with the Contracting & Reservations Manager to keep our contracting function profitable and efficient. You’ll partner closely with our Product, Sales and Operations teams to support new product development, pricing, and help quote and run trips successfully.
If you enjoy wrangling the best deal, combining the commercial with the practical, all while knowing you work for a business that balances purpose with profit, you’ve just found your dream job!
This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Beijing, China, and will require some flexibility in work hours due to the operational nature of the role.
Some of the experience you’ll bring may include:

- Knowledge of regional trip operations and supplier networks.
- Experience working with DMCs and tourism suppliers, including cost negotiation.
- Proficiency in travel-related systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of building commercially viable, sustainable travel products across all experiences.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
