Senior Contracting Assistant
As Senior Contracting Assistant, is responsible for coordinating and executing advanced contracting processes, document validation, supplier control (tourism providers), rate registration, and specialized operational support for the Contracting department. This role ensures the accuracy of information and efficiency of internal workflows.
Reports directly to the Assistant Contracting Manager, interacts with other departments to achieve company objectives, provides specialized support to the Contracting Manager, leads template updates and design processes, coordinates with internal teams (Finance, Reservations, Sales, and Operations), and acts as a reference point for training and guiding junior assistants in the area.
This is a full-time permanent position working on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the essential experience you’ll have include:

Minimum 1 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or costing within the tourism industry or related fields.

Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Intermediate English proficiency (oral and written).

Experience working with databases.

Ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous processes with high accuracy.

Ability to prepare executive reports and presentations.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives.
