We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team in Cusco and help ensure our trek operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site position based from our Cusco office.

This role is responsible for supporting the effective management and organization of all warehouse activities, ensuring inventory is managed accurately and operational needs are communicated and coordinated effectively. The Warehouse Assistant plays a key role in supporting our Cusco operations team to deliver high-quality service while ensuring our trips are delivered successfully and sustainably.

Reporting to the Warehouse Administrator, this position requires a flexible schedule to meet the operational needs of the business.

  • Graduate or technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with inventory management and Kardex systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent Spanish required.
  • Knowledge of Quechua is an advantage.
