The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for executing reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This role involves handling bookings for accommodation, transportation, and activities, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills. 

 

This is a full-time permanent position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.  

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in reservations and operations preferably within the tourism Industry (2 years or more) 

  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and supplier confirmations 

  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate bookings. 

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish, English (advanced level - written and spoken) 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
