Reservation Assistant
The Reservation Assistant will support the efficient and accurate management of reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position involves coordinating bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset, a passion for the travel and tourism industry, and a commitment to sustainable and responsible travel practices are essential for success in this role.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations or operations within the travel and tourism industry.

Basic knowledge of reservation systems and booking confirmations.

Experience in handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate bookings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Ability to organize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Experience with airfare ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus) is advantageous
