The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Reservation Assistant will support the efficient and accurate management of reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position involves coordinating bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset, a passion for the travel and tourism industry, and a commitment to sustainable and responsible travel practices are essential for success in this role. 

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations or operations within the travel and tourism industry. 

  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and booking confirmations. 

  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate bookings. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). 

  • Ability to organize tasks and meet tight deadlines. 

  • Experience with airfare ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus) is advantageous
