Regional General Manager, Latin America
Lead the growth, performance, and strategic direction of Intrepid’s Latin America region, shaping the future of the business while inspiring high-performing teams across multiple markets.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Asia, Latin America and Global Operations, the Regional General Manager (RGM) for Latin America is accountable for the overall performance of the businesses within their remit and supports the Managing Director and regional leadership team in implementing business strategy and delivering results across the region. As the key driver of excellence in Latin America, the RGM is responsible for the long-term planning and execution of strategy, ensuring both annual and longer-term objectives are achieved.
The role requires engagement at both a strategic and operational level to ensure General Managers and their teams deliver against key performance targets, including sales, customer and employee engagement, and financial outcomes.
The RGM will support General Managers in identifying and implementing new initiatives, fostering an Intrepid culture across our workplaces, and strengthening the Intrepid brand throughout the region to support the delivery of the company's strategic objectives.
This is a full-time, permanent role that can be located in one of our offices in Lima, Peru; Bogotá, Colombia; Quito, Ecuador; Santiago, Chile; San José, Costa Rica; or Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Some of the experiences you’ll bring with you may include:

Tertiary management qualifications preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years’ senior-level management experience; company management experience preferred

High level of financial literacy and proven commercial decision-making ability

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and build strategic relationships
-
Proven understanding of risk and incident management
-
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and develop teams
-
Knowledge of Latin American travel markets

Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
