The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Project Analyst will collaborate with teams across sales, operations, and control functions to support the implementation of Microsoft solutions that simplify and enhance internal processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration, optimization, and effective use of systems, while aligning business practices with other key platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management and documentation skills, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive process efficiency and improvement. 

 

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position that will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.     

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, systems and management, or related technology-focused fields. 

  • Experience in business consulting, practices, and procedures, such as process automation and roadmaps, for planning and achieving goals in high-volume and highly structure environments. 

  • Knowledge of project management software tools, web technologies, ERP, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform and methodologies such as Lean and Agile. 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
