The world needs more Intrepid people: 

Reporting to the Destination Product Manager, the Product Executive will support all aspects of trip development in the region, collaborating closely with departments including Sales, Contracting, Operations, Reservations, and Finance, as well as key stakeholders across the business. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, driving strong sales growth, and ensuring profitable commercial outcomes.

This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Lima, Peru. 

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Proven experience managing a diverse range of travel products across South America, including Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, and Uruguay, with a strong commercial focus. 

  • Expertise in trip design, pricing, quotations, and operations, particularly for small group adventures. 

  • Skilled in working with destination management companies and third-party suppliers, including cost negotiation. 

  • Proficient in travel-related systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. 

  • Strong understanding of global tourism and travel sales trends. 

  • Knowledge of small group travel operations and incident management. 

  • Advanced English proficiency; French communication skills are desirable. 

  • Ability to undertake pricing for external brands and Intrepid Group. 

  • Experience in ensuring clear and effective communication with clients regarding travel logistics, necessary updates or enhancements, and addressing concerns by providing detailed explanations of incidents and proposed solutions.
