Flights Coordinator
As the Flights Coordinator for Intrepid Travel, you will be primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all flight-related reservations to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective travel operations. This role focuses on airfare booking, ticket issuance, changes, reissues, and disruption management, while providing secondary operational support for hotel and service reservations as required by the business. A high-performing individual in this role will ensure compliance with fare rules, meet strict deadlines, and minimize operational impacts on traveller itineraries, in alignment with Intrepid’s responsible travel values.
This full-time, position will operate on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you will include:

Minimum 2 years of experience in flights reservations, ticketing, or travel operations.

Proven hands-on experience with airfare reservation and ticketing systems (e.g. Amadeus).

Strong understanding of airfare rules, ticket issuance, changes, reissues, cancellations, and penalties.

Experience coordinating Flights bookings with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and operational priorities.
