As Contracting Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in building and managing the supplier partnerships that bring our trips to life across Peru and Bolivia. You’ll oversee contracting operations, including supplier negotiations, rate management, contract administration, and data accuracy, while coordinating the Contracting team’s day-to-day activities. 

 

You’ll build strong supplier relationships, identify opportunities to improve processes, and ensure compliance with company standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll also support business growth and help develop a collaborative, high-performing team.

 

This role is a full-time permanent position operating on a hybrid basis out of our office in Lima, Peru - where you'll have the opportunity to work from home two days per week. 

 

A passion for travel is a must-have! With it you’ll bring: 

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in contracting, procurement, supplier management, or tourism costing. 

  • Strong knowledge of tourism industry suppliers, services, contracts, rates, costing structures, and supplier management. 

  • Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills, with strong commercial and analytical acumen. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience working with databases and internal systems. 

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. 

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze information and make sound commercial decisions.
