Join our team and help keep our supplier partnerships, contracting processes, and operational details running smoothly. 

The Contracting Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Peru and Bolivia Contracting team, ensuring the accurate registration, validation, maintenance, and follow-up of supplier information, rates, contractual documentation, and internal processes. 

This role is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date databases, document repositories, and tracking tools, while supporting administrative, financial, and operational processes related to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Through these efforts, the Contracting Assistant contributes to the achievement of departmental objectives and the effective execution of contracting activities. 

This position reports to the Assistant Contracting Manager and collaborates with various departments to support the achievement of the company's objectives. 

This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Lima, Peru.    

 

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include: 

  • Experience in contracting areas and tourism service cost management.  

  • Experience in database management, updates, and document control.  

  • Proficiency in collaborative tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and internal systems.  

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously.  

  • Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English at a basic level.
