The world needs more Intrepid people: 

The Operations Coordinator (OC) provides hands‑on operational support to the Alaska program, ensuring day‑to‑day warehouse, facility, fleet, and gear operations run efficiently and safely. Reporting to the Deputy Operations Manager (DOM), this role is responsible for quality control, inventory integrity, logistical coordination, and operational readiness that directly supports trip delivery and the guide experience. 

 

This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational standards, supporting field logistics, and enabling the broader Operations team to deliver safe, reliable, and high‑quality guest experiences in line with Intrepid’s operational and Purpose Beyond Profit commitments. 

 

This is a full-time, contracted seasonal role that will work onsite in our office in Anchorage, Alaska. The salary range for this role is $19–$21 USD per hour, plus some great perks.  #LI-DNI  

 

You will have a passion for travel and bring:  

  • This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift. Duties require fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks  

  • Meet company and DOT driving requirements • Must pass a background check 

  • Travel industry work experience, particularly as a Tour Leader.
